More than half of employers fear they will not be able to recruit enough high-skilled workers!

BBC News reports, that Katja Hall, deputy director-general of the CBI, is warning of a skills shortage that is “threatening to starve economic growth”.

The annual CBI/ Pearson Education and Skills survey, based on 310 firms employing 1.2 million people in the UK, showed that more than two-thirds of these firms expected to need more high-skilled staff. However, more than half feared they would be unable to find staff with the required skills.
