Figures for the 2nd quarter have just been released by the Insolvency Service and show total company insolvencies have decreased compared to the same period last year.
This is due to a fall in compulsory liquidations, whereas voluntary liquidations (liquidations instigated by the company’s members) have remained fairly constant.
