I wish to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for the assistance that T H Corporate Services have afforded me.
Clearly you are aware of my history but I just wanted to outline the where I was and where I am now.
As you know for reasons unbeknown to you that I reached a very low and desperate point in my life, all due to finances. I was put in touch with your orgainisation and from the first meeting we had I felt that there was someone there, a person as opposed to an organisation that actually understood and were completely unjudgemental. You put me at ease and although you could not tell me that ‘all would be fne’ you always told me how it was and gave me true and honest opions and options available to me. You were always available to speak and offer advice and opions even when it was outside of the normal 9 5 working hours.
Whenever you were not available Nikki very kindly helped and assisted in any was that she could.
I am now in a much better place and things are ‘back on track’ after a very long 18 months, I do not know where I would be should we not have been introduced. I am aware that your services are very sensitive but should any of your prospective ‘clients’ wish to speak to someone who ‘has been there and come out the other side’ please do not hesitate to put them in touch with me.
I wish to formally thank you personally and T H Corporate Services as an organisation for the professional and personal approach that you have given to me.

Thanks for the update. We’ve recently moved so that’s why we haven’t got it. Sorry- was expecting you to email it because we live abroad. The tenant at the old address is not good at passing on mail so thank you for scanning it.
Thank you for being very attentive and flexible over the past year and a bit. You’ve been very efficient and have advocated well for us, especially given our complicated situation. We had a few difficulties with the company in the early stages of the IVA but you restored our faith. Please pass in my comments to your manager so he/she is aware of how much your assistance has supported us.

Well we have just made the final payment of £350 as you requested and I have cancelled the standing order now so thats it! Thank you so much for your help and understanding with this. You have made it not so traumatic and have been great to deal with so thank you.
Hopefully we will not get any more letters from anywhere now but if we do I will send to you to sort out. Hope thats OK.

Thanks for the mail to tell us we hadn’t cancelled the standing order….J completely forget , think he was just so relieved to be finished with the whole thing lol.
Id like to take this opportunity to say Thank you for all your help and support over the last few years. Every query we have had you have answered quickly and professionally. Its been a very stress full few years money wise, and to find ourselves on an IVA was not what we had planned and we were so embarrassed to find ourselves in that position. But unfortunately it happens to the best of us and you have made the whole process much easier to bear.
Needless to say, we certainly wont be in that situation again, and now we can move on and J can now start applying for better jobs in the Financial sector.
