It has been reported today that the pound has fallen against the dollar in the wake of the uncertainty surrounding Britain’s membership of the EU.  The date of the referendum has now been confirmed and consequently the uncertainty has been brought to the fore.  To compound this, Boris Johnson has now also joined the campaign to leave the EU, adding to concerns that the referendum in June could be a close run result.

Time will tell whether this will resonate with voters but surely raises questions regarding Britain’s economic strength outside the EU.  What do you think?
